He seguido investigando el tema de los filtros y finalmente me he decantado por el Hutech IDAS LPS.
Tras el análisis exaustivo de la comparativa de reviews, precios, relación calidad/precio, etc… le dediqué bastante más tiempo a buscar fotos realizadas con los filtros analizados y a leer comentarios en foros.
En los foros se habla bastante del tema de los halos, problemas en el balance de color, problemas de foco, etc…
Todo apunta a que el Hutech IDAS LPS conserva el balance de color mejor que los demás, al tiempo que realiza su función.
Atendiendo a la respuesta en frecuencia del LPS y los UHC se observa que el IDAS no es tan restrictivo. Se limita a eliminar las bandas de luz artificial y el IR, pero dejando pasar las intermedias en el rango del visible.

The IDAS-LPS filter is one of only a handful of broadband light pollution filters designed for imaging rather than for visual use. The destinction is important: visual filters concentrate on passing primarily green light centered around 480-510 nm – where the human eye sees best in low light conditions – while throwing away a lot of red and blue light. The IDAS-LPS filter cuts out only specific problem wavelengths that allow your camera to record accurate color while improving your Signal to Noise ratio by up to 3x by darkening the background skyglow significantly. Good for all camera types under all light pollution levels (the filter is designed with magnitude 4-5 skies in mind. The 2 filter is better with DSLR and 35mm cameras than the 1.25 due to vignetting issues.
